Building Blocks of Early Childhood Development

This pamphlet outlines the five building blocks of ECD, namely: love, security, stimulation, nutrition, and health. It also gives practical examples on how these blocks could and should be implemented for the development of children.

This series was developed in association with Little Seeds, an initiative of Badisa. It focuses on various important topics related to Early Childhood Development (ECD) and is written by professionals who work with ECD initiatives. The series aims to equip caretakers, parents, grandparents, reverends, youth workers, social workers, and others involved in childcare and education. These pamphlets also acknowledge the significant role that churches play in communities and aim to inform and equip them as well.
